Spring Page for Jinger Adam’s Design Team Call
March 7th, 2012
Jinger Adams is looking for a design team! She is looking for several new design team members and asked those crafters, who were interested, to post a BRAND NEW project that shows your own personal style, and link it to Jinger's blog, as well as The Scrapbooking Queen's blog. There are several spots to fill and I would be honored to be one of them.
I have been hard at work planning out this page and cutting everything on my Cricut. I have had Spring on the mind, but with Spring brings April showers, so I included the duck with the umbrella.

Duck: Create-A-Critter cartridge cut at 3 inches with a pop dot
Umbrella-SVG file embossed with Cuttlebug and used white Sakura pen to stitch around the edges included a pop dot

“Color Me Lucky!” Let’s Get Scrappy!
March 3rd, 2012
Another Sunday means another fun challenge at Amanda's Crafts and More! This week, the challenge is to use GREEN on your layout.
Here is the page I created for this challenge:
I don't often use green on my layouts. I guess it isn't a color that I often think of using. So, for this layout, I found some paper that had green and pink. I also had a card that a friend had sent me a while ago that I saved because I thought the images were adorable on it. I grabbed that card, cut out the images and the words, and used it on the layout. I just love the bear on it!
This month, our sponsor is:
