Day 2: Thank You To Our Teachers Blog Hop!

Here is another cute idea to give to a teacher. Teachers are always looking for chocolate or anything sweet in the teacher's room. This is a cute idea for any day of the school year.

This is a candy bar holder! You can fit 3 regular size Hershey bars in this, or one king size bar. This is an svg file from http://www.svgcuts.com/blog/. All you need is Sure Cuts A Lot to cut it. It is already sized and ready to cut! Easy Peasy!

This is a stamp from Stampin Up! It says, "Sweet of You" on it. I got this at a yard sale for $1.00, so I thought I would use it for this project.

Here is the inside of it with three Hershey bars. You could certainly put a note on the top part of it, or make it specific for any occasion. You could also fill it with gift cards, thank you notes, pencils, colored pencils, etc.  It really is a versatile gift for anyone!

HOW TO MAKE:
Box: is an SVG file from http://www.svgcuts.com/blog/. You need Sure Cuts A Lot on your computer. Then, connect your computer to your Cricut using the USB cable from the Cricut and press CUT. It's as easy as that!

Paper:  is from Michaels. I bought two sheets for this project. I think I paid like ten cents for them. It was on clearance!

Ribbon: from a pack of new dish towels I recently bought. It was wrapped around them, so I kept the ribbon.

Stamp: "Sweet of you" from Stampin Up!
Other: used pop dots to pop it off the page. I also used my white gel pen to doodle around the edges.

If you would like to win the three mini stamp sets, be sure to leave me a comment and become a follower. I will pick a winner after the week long hop.
